I have learned to be cautious with self-help and LAO books because they tend to over-promise and under-deliver, making me feel that maybe I'm just not as good/lucky/mindful/grateful etc as the people mentioned on the success stories (which no one can prove are real or not) . And I'm extra cautios when the authors of said books come from money and functional families. I'm sorry but manifestation just doesn't come so easily for those of us who came from nothing and had to endure much more hardship in life. I'm not saying these type of books don't work: heaven knows they've been my comfort and support and only thru them have I achieve some moderate comfort and ease; but I'm far from the spectacular life of my dreams they promise.Don't let the "science" aspect of this book fool you, is the same mumble-jumble spouted on every other LAO book about quantum spaces and 5D and all that. I know they are trying to appeal to a broader audience but it'll be more honest to admit there is no accurate scientific data on manifestation, just a handful of experiments here and there but nothing backed up and proven by the entire scientific community.So far this review sounds negative. That's not my intention. I did like some of the meditation ideas, the 4 core questions and the 5 step process; it's nothing new (a huge bulk it's a lot like Neville Gooddard's "feel it real" and "persist on the assumption of the wish fulfill") but I can see it work at least as a meditation tool.I only bought this book because it was cheap but I'm cautiously optimistic about it being as life changing as almost every review claims. I will try the method and if I get results I might edit my review. This book has the potential to change your life.That is not hyperbole.The method Christopher presents here has the potential to help you shift into a creator of your life.A lot of books and teachers promise that, this is the first method in my 20 years of searching that actually delivers on that promise.This isn't for everyone.You will need to let go of your limiting ways of thinking and step into your power.
